Azabu-Juban is one of central Tokyo's most upscale, sophisticated neighborhoods.

The heart of the neighborhood is the Azabu-Juban Shopping Street (麻布十番商店街), a 300-year-old shotengai where you can buy fish-shaped taiyaki from Naniwaya (in business since 1909), browse Mamegen for over 60 varieties of traditional rice crackers, and find everything from a third-generation tofu maker to award-winning ramen and Michelin-listed sushi within a - FIVE MINUTES - walk. Nissin World Delicatessen, a much-loved international supermarket, is around the corner if you need familiar ingredients from home.
